Mr. Mohiul Islam is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of
Bangladesh and a registered IP Attorney, specialising in Intellectual Property
law and litigation. He was enrolled as a Trademark Agent before the Department
of Patents, Industrial Designs and Trademarks (DPDT) in 2014.
He is a member of the Dhaka Bar Association, Supreme Court
Bar Association, Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA) and Bangladesh
Intellectual Property Attorneys Association (BIPAA).
Mr. Islam holds an LL.B (Hons.) and LL.M from Bangladesh
Islami University. His practice covers Trademarks, Patents, Industrial Designs
and Copyright registration and Litigation.
